This H700 Bluetooth headset is a fifth generation Motorola technological wonder. It has a folding design, which has become very popular recently. This design, using Motorola’s own PowerFlip, allows the microphone to fold while the ear hook is ergonomic and reversible. It comes with a typical USB Motorola charger, however any Motorola charger will do. For those who are serious about wireless connections and hands free usage, you need this Bluetooth headset.

This Motorola headset features an easy to use design that fits outside the ear. It syncs quickly and easily and with its Bluetooth 1.2 support, it pairs faster than other newer of this class, even though it is a few years old. This device is considered a solid and reliable piece of technology that comes complete with many welcome features that people consider to be standard for any worthy headset. Some of the headset’s features include incredibly easy handset to headset transferal, voice tag support, simplicity in turning the device on and off, and call waiting with three way calling. The ability to redirect the call to the headset simply by turning it on as opposed to some of the fiddling and random button pressing required by some devices mark it as a product worth purchasing based on this factor alone. Motorola H385 Bluetooth Headset Review

The Motorola H385 Bluetooth Headset is comfortable, lightweight, and reasonably affordable. While I was initially somewhat skeptical because of its price point, the Motorola H385 has turned out to be one of the best Bluetooth headsets I’ve ever used. Connecting the headset to my Samsung Gravity via Bluetooth connection was an easy process. I merely had to turn on the Bluetooth option on my phone and search for devices. The Motorola H385 immediately registered as a usable device and connecting it to my phone was as simple as a press of a button.

The headset itself is much more comfortable than many other Bluetooth headsets. Perhaps this is due to an included flexible wire which easily conforms to the ear, be it the left or the right. The headset is not so light that you won’t forget it’s there, but is comfortable enough that you won’t mind. You don’t have to worry about having long conversations in the car only to have ear pains for hours afterward.

The sound quality is crisp and clear for both the listener and the speaker. I heard little to no interference or static while on the road. I decided to test the quality of the microphone by leaving a voicemail for myself and was pleased by the results. My voice didn’t sound echoey like I’ve found with cheaper headsets, and it is certainly better than using the speaker phone. As an added bonus, the end call button on the headset makes it easy to end calls when you are done with your conversation.
